After you add the pdf files to the converting list. you can save this file list for further use.

 

 

The converting list's extention name is .pcv. You can double click on the converting list file to open it in PDF Plain Text Extractor. You can also reload it through File->"Open Convert List". The recently opened coverting list file will be list on File menu also, You can reopen them by click the name on File menu.
